Description: This tournament is designed for kids that would not normally be able to share in the festivities
and excitement of a large tournament. Maybe a brother or sister qualified for state, but they did not. Or maybe they are too old to play in the K-6, but would still like to play. Or maybe they do not live in Washington, but would like to play more chess. This tournament is for you!
Sections:
Players will be divided into sections based upon rating so all players have a good chance to be competitive.
Format: 6 player round robin (5 rounds).
Groups based on grade and rating.
G/30 or G/25 with 5 second delay.
Awards: Top two in each group receive a trophy, Ties broken by tie breaker points, Everyone gets something!

+ $1.75 (on-line registration fee)
